• Local Land Charges have advised that they will not be in the office from Thursday 6th August 2026 to Tuesday 18th August 2026 due to annual leave. No searches will be processed or returned within this time as unfortunately there is no one available to cover the work.
  
  As this Local Authority are migrated with Land Registry, LLC1 only requests can be processed and returned.

Expected Delay:

• Their turnaround time will remain at 15 working days and will be reviewed when they return from Annual Leave.
