During March 2026, we are pleased to be rolling out the latest Version 1.51 features within Insight Legal, which are:
- Client reference column options added to the Matter Listing Report.
- Renaming Matter Files.

Capturing Banking Details when creating Posting Requests.
1. Client Reference Column Options
- The column options added to the Matter Listing report will allow the system-generated reference that is associated with each client to be displayed.
- This makes it easier and quicker to identify and differentiate clients within the report, especially when working with large datasets.
2. Renaming Matter Files
- Renaming Matter Files allows firms to easily correct or update file names, ensuring they adhere to their preferred naming conventions without the need to recreate additional files.
- To do this, right-click on a Matter File, select Rename and rename the Matter File. This applies to all Matter File Types.
3. Capturing Banking Details when Posting Requests
- On the Posting Requests screen, we have added an Account Number, Sort Code, and Account Name.
- When submitting Posting Requests, you can now capture the relevant banking details as part of the request.

- Enter all the details for your Posting Request, and upon submission, you will see the banking details on the generated report.

By adding the banking details, the overall Posting Request becomes more efficient, aligned with financial workflows, and easier for financial teams to process transactions.
