Once you've selected your policy, you can proceed with the selections and proceed to the final stage.
- However, on the right hand side, you are drawn to the Create Bespoke Inquiry option.
- If you cannot find the standard policy that you're looking for from the list of available options, you can create a Bespoke Inquiry, which will go through to our insurance team and our insurance team will liaise with the dedicated Stewart Title underwriters to review the policy information and provide you with a bespoke quotation.
- Enter the Policy and Cover Required, the Email address the correspondence needs to go to, attach Supporting Documents.
- Once you've submitted that referral, that information will come through to us and usually we'll get back to you within just a couple of hours.
- If you are happy with your selections, you can proceed through to quote requirements.
6.2 Most Popular Products - These are the products that are ordered most often by our clients and so are often easier to find there than searching for them separately.
6.3 Show All Products - You've also got the option to show all products in one long list so you can see all of the different types of Indemnity Policies available.
7. After selecting your products, click Quote Requirements.
- On this page, you need to confirm the various statements of facts and details regarding the policy to ensure that the cover and quotation provided is accurate.
- You've got further both bespoke options here that you can change, subject to the details of the policy.
8. Once you have confirmed that all of the information is accurate, you can click Get Quote.
9. The system will then generate your instant accurate quote for you.
From the quote you can see the Policy Price and under View Product, you can view the Policy Information, which will automatically download as a pdf.
Policy Information - This is the actual policy documentation that will be issued if you proceed with the policy, but as you can see, it has the specimen watercolour on top of it.
7. If you wish to proceed with your quotation, you can click accept quote and place order.
8. Equally, you can go in and Amend your quote, or you can Cancel it.
9. If you log out of Unity and come back to this stage at a later date, you can access your orders from your View Orders tab, and search for the postcode, street name, the order number, any of the information associated with the order to locate it and then we'll proceed with the order.
