Reason:

• We have been notified by Local Land Charges that they are experiencing software issues when attempting to input searches. light of this, they currently cannot process or return searches. This is being investigated by their supplier and IT team as a high priority however, they cannot yet confirm when there will be a solution.
  
  As this Local Authority are migrated with Land Registry, LLC1 only requests can be processed and returned.

Expected Delay:

• Their turnaround time has increased from 10 to 20 working days to account for the downtime.

Options:

• What we can offer is to provide a search delayed indemnity policy. If you would like to proceed with this option, then please send us the limit of indemnity so we can provide you with an accurate quote. Otherwise, we will keep chasing the Local Authority and have the completed search back with you as soon as possible.
