Reason:

• Local Land Charges have advised that they will not be in the office from Monday 22nd June 2026 to Friday 26th June 2026 due to annual leave. Searches will be being processed however no searches will be returned within this time as unfortunately there is no one available to sign off the searches.
• As this Local Authority are migrated with Land Registry, LLC1 only requests can be processed and returned.

Expected Delay:

• Local Land Charges have increased their turnaround time from 10 to 15 working days to account for the downtime.

Options:
