Reason:

• Local Land Charges have advised that they will not be in the office from Monday 15th June 2026 to Friday 26th June 2026 due to annual leave. No searches will be processed or returned within this time as unfortunately there is no one available to cover the work.
  We have been notified of further upcoming leave from Monday 6th July 2026 to Friday 17th July 2026, during which there will again be no cover available.
  As this Local Authority are migrated with Land Registry, LLC1 only requests can be processed and returned.

Expected Delay:

• Their turnaround time will remain at 20 working days and will be reviewed when they return from Annual Leave.

Options:

• What we can offer is to provide a search delayed indemnity policy. Otherwise, we will keep chasing the Local Authority and have the completed search back with you as soon as possible.
