• Local Land Charges have advised that they will not be in the office from Monday 15th June 2026 to Monday 22nd June 2026 due to annual leave. No searches will be processed or returned within this time as unfortunately there is no one available to cover the work.
  As this Local Authority are migrated with Land Registry, LLC1 only requests can be processed and returned.

Expected Delay:

• Local Land Charges have increased their turnaround time from 15 to 20 working days to account for the downtime.
