1. Adit Angle

Question: How do you use the adit angle?

Answer: Picture the ZOI as a 360-degree compass, where north is 0, east is 90 and so on. The angle shows which way the adit tunnel enters the ground

2. Residential or Commercial?

Question: Is the FCI CON29M report only for residential reports?

Answer: Yes. If they want one for a commercial property, they should contact Terrafirma (order a Terrafirma report - Con29M or Ground)

3. Insurance

Question: Do the CON29M reports have integrated insurances?

Answer: The FCI CON29M and Premium Plus CON29M products currently have integrated insurances. These are: 

1. Coal Search Insurance for errors and omissions. 

2. Identified Non-Coal Minerals cover. 

3. Cheshire Brine cover. From Feb 27th, these insurances are being swapped over onto Warranties issued by FCI. The Warranties offer the same level of cover to the end user, so there is no material change in the scope or breadth of protection offered to the end-user.
