Question: What is it?
Answer: Supporting your due diligence processes, the report combines a number of data sets and looks at different scenarios to expose how changes in our climate could impact the built environment over the next 70 years.

Question: What is this product?
Answer: The purpose of the product is to provide a clearance/pass result for flood and contamination for entire developments. Following on from this plots ordered for the cleared development should receive a 'Passed' Enviro NewBuild report.
