Basically, if it's on the high street below 0.25HA and isn't a garage, it'll benefit from the warranty. The Remediation Warranty included within the FCI Retail would only cover a single commercial property site where the principle activity is the sale or display of goods or services to walk-in members of the general public, excluding garages, petrol stations and retail units associated with petrol stations.
