This article explains how to add and edit Standard Fee in Unity® Practice Management.
The maintenance option allows you to add new Standard Fee and edit existing Standard Fee.
How to Access the Maintenance Option
- Open the Accounts program.
- Click the Maintenance icon.
- Double-click the Standard Fee option.
How to Add a Standard Fee
- Click Insert.
- Select a Rate Scheme.
- Select a Legal Aid code.
- Enter a Std Fee Code.
- Enter the Standard Fee amount.
- Enter the Fee Limit.
- Click Save.
How to Edit a Standard Fee
- Select a Standard Fee from the list.
- The information for the selected Standard Fee will be displayed in the Details section, where you can edit the information.
- Once you have edited the Standard Fee Details, click Save.
You cannot delete a Standard Fee on the system, as this could cause data corruption. For further assistance, contact the Unity Technical Support team.
