This article describes the Financial Panel functionality in Unity® Practice Management.
The Financial Panel allows you to access valuable information about your case as you work in different pages in Unity® Practice Management.
How To Access The Financial Panel
- On the navigation side bar click Clients & Cases.
- Click on Case Dashboard, and you will see a list of all your Live Cases.
- Select a Live Case from the list.
- The Financial Panel will appear at the top of your screen.
Financial Panel Functionality
- Click View Summary to see the following information:
- Client details
- Case details
- Office, Client and Deposit Ledger balances
- WIP Balance
- Select either Office Ledger, Client Ledger, or Deposit Ledger to see detail behind your Ledger balances.
- Click Time Ledger to view detailed billable time records.
- Click Accounts Ledger to access your Live Case's financial reports.
- Click Billing Guide to view the Billing Guide in detail.
- If the client has multiple cases, click Associated Cases to view other cases.
- Click Detailed Case Info to navigate to the Summary page, where you can edit your case details.
- To exit the Financial Panel, click on the X icon.
