- This will direct you to the Dashboard, where you can select the ‘Company Formations’ option to view our initial package offerings.
- From this point, you can check the availability of your desired company name using the search box.
- Once confirmed, proceed by selecting the package that best suits your needs to begin the application process.
- You will then need to agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Click Checkout to start the application.
Application Process
During the application process you'll be required to complete the following information:
- Company Jurisdiction: Choose from England & Wales, Wales, Northern Ireland, or Scotland. This determines where the company will be officially registered.
- SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) Codes: Select up to four codes that best describe the company's business activities.
- Registered Office Address: This is the official address of the company and must be located in the same jurisdiction as the company registration. For example, a Scottish company cannot have its registered office in England. This address must appear on all official communications, including letters, emails, and websites.
- Registered Email Address: The company’s official email address used for electronic correspondence. Unlike the registered office address, this will not be published on the public register.
- Officer Details: Include information about Directors, Shareholders, Secretaries, and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs). A company limited by shares must have at least one director and one shareholder. For more information, please refer to our article ‘Requirements for Establishing a Company’.
- Memorandum & Articles of Association: You can choose to use our standard model articles, a modified version of that provided by Companies House, or upload your own custom articles.
- Final Review & Submission: Review all the information provided and submit your order. If you wish to include additional references, such as a Matter number, you will be able to enter this information at this stage before submitting your order.
Please note that Dye & Durham Formations and CoSec operates on a credit-based system for all orders. This means you won’t be required to use a payment card at checkout. Instead, an invoice will be issued upon submission of your order, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date. |
