Requirements:

Company Name: Ensure a unique and appropriate name for your company. See Sensitive Company Names for guidance.
SIC Codes: Provide the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes relevant to your business activities. These can be found on Companies House website here. You can select up to 4 codes.
Registered Email Address: A valid email address for official correspondence.
Company/Member Addresses: Include all necessary addresses for the company and its members.
Directors and Shareholders: At least one Natural director (over 16 years old), one Shareholder, and the correct Persons with Significant Control (PSCs).
