Q - What types of Companies can you incorporate?
We provide incorporation services for companies limited by shares, LLPs, multiple share classes, and PLC formations. For information on additional products, please contact us directly to see how we can assist you.
Q - How long does it take to establish a company?
Typically 24 hours, but it can take longer, especially around public holidays.
Q - Do you offer 'off-the-shelf' or ready-made companies for sale?
We don't. Our assistance is limited to new formations at Companies House.
Q - Do you provide a business bank account?
As part of the incorporation process, we provide a referral to a banking provider. However, this is dependant of the bank's terms and conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Q - What can delay the process of incorporation?
Some common mistakes occur during the process of forming a company that can delay the process; these are:
- Misspelt company names.
- Incorrect address information.
- Errors in member names.
- Mistakes in share allocation.
- Incorrectly noted People with Significant Control (PSCs).
While most errors can be rectified after incorporation, the process can be both costly and time-consuming. Additionally, these changes will be recorded in your company records, so it's recommended to double-check all of these before submitting.

Q - Do you provide a trademark registration service?
Currently, our incorporation packages do not include trademark registration services. If you need to register a trademark, please reach out to the Intellectual Property Office (IPO).
