During September 2025, we are pleased to be rolling out the latest product release, v1.48, comprising 2 new features, Bulk Close Matters and Update Posting Requests.
Bulk Close Matters
- A new permission administers this feature, found under the administration group.
- This feature allows you to close Matters in Bulk.
- Data filters, to be used to search and find open matters that meet your criteria
- Matter Data Table, with columns that form part of the due diligence checks.
- Checkboxes, which regulate the enablement of matters with warnings to be included for closure.
- Warning Icons, column contains icons that guide you to which matters are eligible or non-eligible for closure.

A Summary section has been added, providing an overall view with important information as part of the bulk operation.
Update Posting Requests
- This feature allows you to update Posting Requests.

Posting Requests can be amended in the Requested State and the Approved State.
