• The oldest outstanding search is from Wednesday 23rd September 2026, in which Local Land Charges are aiming to return this prior to the downtime.
   

Expected Delay:

• Searches submitted after 5pm Wednesday 7th October 2026, will not be accepted until Monday 26th October 2026 and no searches will be returned during the system downtime.
• Their cancellation policy remains the same as cannot cancel once accepted.
