- Local Land Charges have informed us of a system upgrade between Friday 11th September 2026 to Wednesday 16th September 2026. Searches submitted after 5pm on Thursday 10th September 2026, will not be accepted until Wednesday 16th September 2026.
Searches submitted before Friday 11th September 2026 are aiming to be returned prior to Wednesday 16th September 2026. Please aim to have any urgent searches submitted by Wednesday 26th August 2026 to ensure that these are returned prior to the downtime.
Expected Delay:
- Their cancellation policy remains the same as cannot cancel once accepted and their turnaround time remains at 15 working days.
Options:
- What we can offer is to provide a search delayed indemnity policy. If you would like to proceed with this option, then please send us the limit of indemnity so we can provide you with an accurate quote. Otherwise, we will keep chasing the Local Authority and have the completed search back with you as soon as possible.
