This article explains how to change the email address for an existing Contact in Insight Legal.
Accessing Contacts

Click Cases, and select Contacts from the Maintenance column
- In the Contact Maintenance screen, click on the dropdown arrow and select Contact
- Enter the Contact’s name in the search bar

Select the Contact to open their details
Edit the Contact
- Update the existing Email Address, or add a new one or remove it by right clicking

After you have made changes to the Contact, click Save
