This article explains how to add an Existing Contact in Unity® Practice Management.
If a contact already exists in Unity® Practice Management, you can link it to another Case. To do this, follow the steps below:

In the Case Summary screen, click New and select Add Existing Contact

Click on the Filter Contact Type dropdown arrow, select a Contact Type, and click the Filter button

In the Case Link/Unlink column, select if you want to link the Contact to a Case you are hooked onto, unlink from a Case, or Send vCard
