This article explains how to create a new Case Contact in Unity® Practice Management.
How to Create a Case Contact

In the Case Summary screen, click New and select New Case Contact

Select Contact Type, and enter the Contact Details
Click Launch Conflict Checker if you would like to launch a conflict search. Click Unlink from Case if you would like to unlink the contact.

Specify the Address Type if it’s work, home, or other address, and enter the address details
- Add Phone Numbers, Contact’s Case Reference, and Contact Notes

Tick the Send as vCard checkbox and enter an email address
- Select Lawful Basis
- Add GDPR Notes
- Select the communication method if the contact consents to receive marketing
- Once done, click Submit
