How to Create Client Contact

In the Case Summary screen, click New and select New Client Contact
- Enter the Contact Details
- Enter Date GDPR Last Reviewed
- Select Lawful Basis
- Add GDPR Notes
- Select the communication method if the contact consents to receive marketing
- Enter the Member Legal Aid Details

Once done, click Submit
