This article describes how to archive a case with Unity Practice Management
You can access the page to archive files from anywhere within Unity® Practice Management.
To get to this page, click on "Client's & Cases" in the navigation menu and then "Archive Cases".
- Complete the form with the information relating to the file you are archiving.
The "Close Date" is automatically set to the current date. If you are attached to a file, the display code will already be in the "Case" field. The "Destroy Date" will pick this up from the file as well.
- Once the form has been completed, press "Submit" to archive the file.
