This article guides you on how to access your Schedule view in Unity® Practice Management.
Accessing your Schedule View
- Click on Organiser.
- On the Filters & Options section, select Schedule as your view, and you will see all your Milestones, Events, and Tasks due for the month selected.
Adding new items in your Schedule View
- On the top-right corner of your screen, click Add To Calendar.

You can choose to add a new Milestone, Event or Task.
- Add your new item details, and click Save.
Filtering and Organising your Schedule View
- To view the Schedule for more than one user, type their name or select a name from the list on Search for People.
- To filter any of your Watched Cases, click the Show or Hide icon next to each item. This will update your Schedule View to display only the Milestones, Events, and Tasks you've selected to view.

When hooked in a case, you have the option to Watch or Unwatch a case. Choosing to Watch a case will show you all items on that case.

Each Item in the schedule view shows the Case Display Code, click on the code to edit the item or see the below details:
- Due date
- Assigned Users
- Case Status
- Mark as Complete
