This article shows how to watch a project within Unity® Practice Management and describes functionality.
Watching a project enables you to see what has been created on the Organiser cross-case views, even if the items created are not in your name.
- To access Organiser, click the Organiser icon on the left-hand side of Unity® Practice Management
- When you are on a case, it gives you the option to watch the project:
- Clicking the drop-down on the Watch Project function will let you select several people in one go to watch the case.
If you no longer want to watch a case, you can just click Unwatch Project, and it will remove the watch indicator.
