This article shows how to watch a project within Unity Practice Management and describes functionality

Watching a project enables you to see what has been created on the Organiser cross-case views, even if the items created are not in your name.

• To access Organiser, click the Organiser icon on the left-hand side of Unity® Practice Management
• When you are on a case it gives you the option to watch the project:
• Clicking the drop down on the Watch Project function will let you select a number of people in one go to watch the case.

If you no longer want to watch a case you can just click Unwatch Project and it will remove the watch indicator
