If you are setting up your account via the Credas app, you will have to download an authenticator app on your phone such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. This example shows you how to use the Microsoft Authenticator app.

• Firstly you will need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the relevant App Store.
• After this, you can either scan the QR code (example seen in image 1 below, or you copy a code to put into the Microsoft Authenticator app (image 2).

• Scan the QR code or enter the code by clicking the QR button within the Microsoft Authenticator App.
• If entering the code manually choose an Account Name, something recognisable as Credas
• Once complete codes will be displayed that can be used in the Credas App to complete registration.
