Utilities Searches provide information on various underground assets, such as pipes and cables, that serve a property.
Some examples of these include:

| Electricity Network Search (Distribution) | Local Electricity Network | A search showing the routes of cables and ducts within the vicinity of an address and whether there are any rights / grants of easements and Way-leave agreements affecting the land. |
Electricity Wayleaves Search
| Local Electricity Network | A property search that identifies whether any existing agreements (called "wayleaves") are in place allowing an electricity company to install and maintain power lines or cables on a specific piece of land, essentially checking if any overhead or underground electricity infrastructure is present on the property that could affect its development or use; this search is usually conducted when buying or selling a property to understand potential restrictions related to electricity access on the land

National Transmission Search Electric (NatGrid)
| National Grid | A search to show the proximity of any National Grid electricity transmission apparatus

| National Grid | A search to show the proximity of any National Grid gas transmission apparatus

Gas Network Search (Distribution)
| Local Gas Network | Search detailing approximate location of any gas or pipeline supplier plants in immediate vicinity of the property.

Telecoms searches provide information on various broadband and communication networks and assets. They are usually divided by provider. Some examples of these include:

Cable & Wireless Plant Enquiry
| Atkins Global | Search for cable & wireless apparatus in immediate vicinity of property, includes map and data key.

BT Search
| BT | This search supplied by BT plots the positions of existing BT specific apparatus within the vicinity of the land subject of the search; including, poles & overhead cables, distribution points, kiosks, jointing chambers, underground routes (ducts / cables), inspection chambers. Details of easements and way leave agreements affecting the land are also provided.

| BT | Desktop search extracted from the BT wayleave archive, detailing any existing BT specific wayleave agreements relating to the property |
| Virgin Media | Virgin Media | Search includes a map showing approximate location of Virgin Media Equipment.
