This article explains how to access and view Clients and Contacts Reports in Unity® Practice Management.
Accessing Clients and Contacts Reports

Click on the Reports icon, and select Search Reports
- Select Clients and Contacts as your Report Category
- All Clients and Contacts reports will be listed
- Click on the Star icon to mark a report as your favourite, and it will appear in the Favourite Reports section

Select the report you want to view from the list
Customise Report Columns
The Customise Columns option allows you to tailor your report according to your needs.
- Click on the Options dropdown arrow

Select Customise Columns
- All the fields on the right appear on the report
- To remove a field, highlight it in the right column and click on the left arrow

To add a field, highlight it in the left column and click on the right arrow
Report Templates
If you need the selected data in your report regularly, you can create a template for easier access in the future.
- Once all the required information is selected, click on the Options dropdown arrow

Select Templates

Enter Name and add Notes (adding notes is optional), once done, click Submit

Click on the Templates dropdown arrow, and select your template
Viewing Clients and Contacts Reports
- Enter the Report Title and Report Date
- Enter the required details for your report
- After including all the report details in the correct order, click the Preview dropdown arrow and select your preferred report format

Click Report to open your report
