In this article, we look at how to create a Narrative.
To start, let’s head to Maintenance > Narrative.
- To add an item to the Standard Narrative Maintenance table, let’s click the Insert button.
- Next, we’ll type in a Code. You can either allocate the next number—if the previous narratives have been set up with a number series, or you can use initials or the first few letters of the description. Then, type in a Description.
- If you’d like the Narrative to appear under Time Recording, tick the Time Recording check box. Otherwise, this narrative will be part of the drop-down boxes list when you enter your postings on our Unity System.
- Once done, click Save.
