This article explains how to complete an anticipated disbursement in the Unity® Practice Management, to keep track of disbursements that are due to be paid in the future.

Accessing Anticipated Disbursements from the Money Section

Click on the Money icon, and select Anticipated Disbursements
Completing an Anticipated Disbursement
- Select Anticipated Disbursement from the dropdown menu
- Then complete the required fields
- Under Type, select either Office or Client
- For the disbursement type, choose the appropriate option from the available list.
- In the Amount field, enter the value of the disbursement
- Under Payee and Narrative or Reason, enter details explaining the purpose of the disbursement
- Once all required information has been entered, click Submit
