This article explains how to update or edit information for a client or an existing matter in the Unity® Practice Management.

To Edit Details Within a Matter:

Click the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the relevant section.
- This will reopen the fields so you can make changes

Update the information as needed, including any notes, then click Submit in the bottom-left corner to save your changes
- The system will automatically update the record
- To amend the main client information, click the Edit option within the client section and make the necessary updates
- To update details in the address book, click the three dots on the right-hand side and select Edit Address
- Make the required changes and save the updates.
Once saved, the updated address will be reflected in the system
