This article shows how to remove a client from a Matter within Insight

Search for Matter

1. In Cases Tab Select Matter in the Maintenance section 

1. Search for relevant matter 
2. On the right-hand side of the screen you will see a list of clients that are currently linked to the matter

Removing Client from Matter

Removing a client from a matter can be done in 2 different ways

Option 1: 

1. Left click on the client you wish to remove
2. Click on the Remove Client button at the top of the screen

Option 2:

• Right click on the Client
• Select Remove

1. The Client has now been removed from the Matter

1. Click Save in the top left corner
