This article shows how to add a custom Document Register types within Insight
Step 1: Adding Contact Types
1. Go to "System" > "Settings"
2. Select 'Contacts'
Step 2: To Create New Type
- Right click in the Contact Type window
- Click on 'Add'
3.Enter Description
4.Click 'Save'
Step 3: To Create New Relationship
- Right click in the Relationships window
- Select 'Add'
3.Enter Code & Description
Code must use alphabetical characters and not numerical characters.
4.Click 'Save'
A Contact Relationship can also be marked as Deleted if not required
