1. When you first log in to Insight, the home screen will look as follows

Time

Under Time there are 3 options of how to show time:

• Daily Time - this will list the time recording entries that have been recorded on a day - detailing: reference, matter, clients, activity, description, units and value
• Daily Time Calendar - this will show the time recording on a calendar blocking out the period of time - similar to the outlook calendar
• Daily Time Charts - this breaks down the activities into a pie chart showing the activities breakdown as well as where they sit against budgets for costs and units

Posting Requests

• My Requests - This will show any requests you have inputted onto Insight 
• Pending Posting Requests - This shows any pending requests on the system and will let you know who it was requested by. This will list the ones that are awaiting approval by the accounts team
• Unapproved Posting Requests - This feature can be enabled in the system settings. If this is turned on, if a user has permissions for posting requests approval, they will be able to approve the postings before it then goes to the accounts to approve and post the request

Matter

• Here you can see your 10 most recent matters

Favourites

1. Favourite matters will be shown here
2. You can favourite a matter via the star on the right hand side

1. When a matter has been made a favourite it can be used to 'launch case enquiry' and 'launch matter posting'

Tasks

1. See your task and reminders here them by: 'All', 'Due Today', 'Overdue' or 'Reassigned to me'
2. Reminders will list any reminders that have been set up

Customise

• You can customise the screen to show which of the above you want
• To show them tick the relevant box
• You can then move the windows around and personalise the display using the arrows to show where to place each window

1. Once happy with the display click the disk icon to Save 
2. The changes you have made will be the same when you next log in
