This article explains how to archive a case in the Unity® Practice Management. Archiving ensures that completed or inactive cases are properly stored and can be referenced later if needed.

To Archive a Case:
1. Open the Case Summary page for the case you want to archive
2. In the top-right corner, click Archive. This will open the archive details window
3. Complete the required fields:
- Archive Number – Enter the reference number for the archive
- Location Box Number – Specify where the physical or digital file will be stored
4. Review the available checklist and select any items that apply to your case
- This helps ensure all relevant documents or requirements are accounted for before archiving
5. Once all required information is completed, click Submit in the bottom-left corner.
Once submitted, the case will be successfully archived.
