This article describes how to move incorrectly posted time records from the wrong Ledger Card to the correct one in Unity® Practice Management.

How to Access the Utilities Option

1. Open the Accounts program
2. Click the Utilities icon
3. Double-click the Consolidate Time Ledgers option

How to Consolidate Time Ledgers. 

1. Select a Matter code to transfer the time records from
2. Select a Matter code to transfer the time records to
3. Enter the Date range of the incorrect time records
4. Click Transfer Time Recording

You can search for a Matter code by clicking on the three dots in the Matter code field.
