This article describes how to Zip and Download documents in Unity® Practice Management.
When hooked in a Live Case, navigate to your Documents page.
- On your Documents Folders section, click All Case Documents to see all your Live Case documents.
- Click on the checkbox next to the documents you wish to zip and download, or click Select All.

Click Zip & Download.
- A new window will open, enter your ZIP File Name and click Zip & Download.
You also have an option to save the zipped file to your Case Folder. To do this:
- Click Save to Case.
- Click on Select Destination Folder and all your Case Folders will appear.
- Select the Case Folder you wish to save the zipped file to.
