This article will walk you through the steps necessary to download the Quill Guard shortcut. If you are an existing user, this shortcut will replace any existing Quill account shortcuts.
Step 1
Please visit https://gateway.quill-interactive.co.uk and input your Username and Password. You will get two logins for Quill. One is for the gateway link above, the other is for access to Quill's applications.
To access the gateway, you need the login details with a Username in the format of firstname.surname@ad.quill-interactive.co.uk.
Step 2
Once signed in, you will see all of the shortcuts you have access to. Currently, you will see everything you had access to before, and also Quill Guard. Shortly, when you sign in here, you will only have access to Quill Guard. All of the old apps will no longer be accessible.
**In this example the user only has access to Quill Guard, you may see multiple apps here.**
Click on Quill Guard which will download the shortcut to your machine.
Step 3
The shortcut will be downloaded to your default Downloads folder.
Move or copy the Quill Guard Icon from your Downloads folder to your desktop.
Step 4
Once the shortcut is on your desktop right click and rename the shortcut to Quill Accounts.
Step 5
Delete all previous shortcuts to any Quill accounts applications you had access too.
Once the steps above are complete you can double click to run the Quill Guard application and sign in. Just remember when you sign in you will need to use your MyQuill login details and you may need to complete MFA verification.
