This article describes how to reset password for the Accounts section of Unity® Practice Management
Passwords for the Accounts section of Unity® Practice Management expire after 1000 days, when this happens you will receive a message like the one below:
"Accounts password expired - The login attempt failed"
To reset the password:
- Go to https://gateway.quill-interactive.co.uk
- Input your username, [firstname].[surname]@ad.quill-interactive.co.uk and your current password.
- You will see the message "Your password has expired please click here".
- Click where it says "Click here" to reset the password
- Login INto Accounts
