This article describes how to resolve a time expiration error within Unity® Practice Management.
If you receive this error:

There was an error logging you into Unity® Practice Management. Expiration Time (exp) claim error in the ID token; current time is after expiration time. |
This is due to the time on your PC not matching the local time zone
To fix this error, follow these steps:
- Hold the Windows key and press R to open the Run application.

Paste the below in the box that appears at the bottom left corner of your screen and press OK:
timedate.cpl - This will open your date and time settings, click on "Change date and time...".
- Type over the current time that shows to the correct time and press OK.
There are 3rd party web pages, such as https://time.is/, that can provide you with an accurate current time to help you adjust this.
If you are prompted for admin details, you will need to contact your IT to change this for you.
