This article explains how to log in using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Unity® Practice Management.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication process that requires you to provide two verification factors to gain access to Unity® Practice Management software. This will help to protect all personal data held within Unity® Practice Management.
How do to log in using MFA?
The introduction of MFA means that you will need to verify your login details on each device you use to access Unity® Practice Management. If you have a PC in the office, a laptop at home, or access our app using your mobile or tablet, you’ll automatically be asked to verify each device:
To log in using MFA, follow the steps below:
- Enter your Username/Email and Password.
- Click Login.
- Enter your Mobile Telephone Number and click Continue.
- You will receive an SMS on your phone with the Verification Code.
- Enter the 6 Digit Code in the provided field.
- Click Continue.
Please note: You will receive a recovery code to keep safe. You will use this code when you are logging in without your device. |
