This article describes how to reset a forgotten password within Unity® Practice Management
To reset your password follow these steps
- Select "Login" from the interactive landing page.
- From the secure login page that is presented select the ‘Forgot password’ link:
- If you have entered your username correctly you will receive an email (Your username will usually be in the format forename.surname) and a message advising that will be displayed:
- You will receive a password reset email.
- Select the link within the email

- Once the link is selected the ‘Reset Password’ page will open.
- Enter and confirm the new password.
- Save the changes and you will be able to use the new password to access Unity®
The new password should have a least 8 characters and contain at least one upper case letter, lower case letters and at least one number. |
