Unity Accounts
You may experience an issue when accessing Unity Accounts from a new PC where the application appears in your task bar, but not on your desktop. To resolve this, simply follow these steps:
- While Unity Accounts is still open, visit https://gateway.quill-interactive.co.uk and sign in using your Unity Accounts username and password.
Your username should follow the format of firstname.surname@ad.quill-interactive.co.uk.
- Once signed in, you should see an icon named "Centre Applications". Click on this icon to download it.
- Press the Windows Key and "R" on your keyboard to open the run box on the bottom left of your screen, then search for "Downloads".
- Your downloads folder should open and you should be able to see a file named "cpub-ClearFormRegistry-Tenant_1-CmsRdsh", double click on this file to run it, you may be prompted to sign in again using the same username and password you used earlier.
- The app will run the background to move your "Accounts" icon back to the centre of your main display.
- Disconnect from Unity Accounts by closing the Window and wait 60 seconds. This is critical as it will completely disconnect you from our servers.
- Sign back into Unity Accounts, all Unity Accounts modules should be centre on your main display.
