Add ins not working when clicked
This can occur if the add-in hasn't signed in correctly. Here is how to fix it:
- Please save any documents/spreadsheets or emails and close Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Then type "%appdata% (type %appdata%" into Windows Explorer and click enter.
- Once in the appdata folder find a folder called "QuillPinpoint" and open it.
- Delete the file named addins.db in this folder.
- Go back to the %appdata% folder and find the folder named Quill.
- Open Quill folder and then go to the addin folder.
7. Delete the file called auth.dat.
8. Once complete, open Outlook and click on the sign in button.
