Once you have enabled i3filemanager, change the drop-down menu from Disabled Items back to COM Add-ins and press go.
Make sure the Quill add-in is ticked and press "OK". The Quill Office application should now be enabled again
Add ins not working when clicked
This can occur if the addin hasn't signed in correctly. Here is how to fix it.
- Please save any documents/spreadsheets or emails and close Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Then type "%appdata% (type %appdata%" into Windows Explorer and click enter.
- Once in the appdata folder find a folder called "QuillPinpoint" and open it.
- Delete the file named addins.db in this folder.
- Go back to the %appdata% folder and find the folder named Quill.
- Open Quill folder and then go to the addin folder.
Delete the file called auth.dat.
Once complete, open Outlook and click on the sign in button.
