This article describes the TA6 form and how it is used within Dye & Durham
The TA6 form is from The Law Society and designed to be used when an offer on a property has been accepted. It can also be completed by sellers in advance of a buyer being found.

Insight
Within Insight if you are already integrated with FormEvo customers can access the form by:
- Select Settings across the top toolbar
- Go to Users
- Select Add
- Go to Branches and click on the main branch
- Scroll down and select form TA6 form the list

Unity® Practice Management
Within Unity® Practice Management clients should:
- Go to Documents>Forms>Library
- All available forms are shown
- Search or filter for TA6
- Select the form
- If hooked onto a case it is preselected, if not it will request a case reference
- Select the relevant Client
- Click Proceed
- It will load the form through FormEvo
- Fill out the form and Submit
The form can be Shared or printed, or both.
