This article describes how to resolve issues with the Unity® login box recurring when using Outlook
If the Unity® login box persistently keeps appearing even after login in on Outlook, it means there is a failed e-mail upload or an e-mail is unable to upload for some reason

To fix this:
- Close Word, Excel & Outlook.
Click on File Explorer on your taskbar:
- At the top, type in %appdata% and press the Enter key.
Delete these folders:
- Then click on Appdata at the top:
- Double Click on Local > Programs > Quill Group Limited > Shared and then delete the below 3 files and folders:

Launch Outlook and check if the issue persists. If it does persist, please contact Support for further assistance.
