This article describes Search Packs within Unity®
There are two different instant search packs available to order through Dye & Durham. Each pack is tailored to specific plots and developments, ensuring you receive the relevant reports.
The two instant search packs available to order are:
Standard Instant Pack – Including key searches necessary for a new build property
Instant Pack with coal mining – including everything in the Standard Pack plus an additional coal report
| Please note: If coal has been raised as a hazard when setting up the site, a coal search will automatically be included in the search pack. |
If coal hasn’t been identified as a hazard for the development, we won’t be able to provide a coal mining pack.
We can provide instant searches for plots that are set up in our system. This process is completed once the developer contacts us to request a site set-up.
Please note that instant searches are not available for every new-build property. |
