This article describes Search packs within Unity®
There are two different instant search packs available to order through Dye & Durham. Each pack is tailored to specific plots and developments, ensuring you receive the relevant reports.
The two instant search packs available to order are:
Standard Instant Pack – Including key searches necessary for a new build property
Instant Pack with coal mining – including everything in the Standard Pack plus an additional coal report
| Please note: If coal has been raised as a hazard when setting up the site, a coal search will automatically be included in the search pack. |
If coal hasn’t been identified as a hazard for the development, we won’t be able to provide a coal mining pack.
We are only able to provide instant searches for plots that have been set up on our system. This process is completed once the developer contacts us to request a site set-up.
Please note that instant searches are not available for every new build property. |
