Information Required

To enable us to set up a new development, we require the following information:

• Conveyance/site plan

• Section 104 drainage plans

• Clean/mains water plans

• Plot-to-postal schedule

• A technical contact for the development

• Number of plots available

• Panelled solicitors who will be using the service for instant searches

• Anticipated opening date/commencement of sales on the development

Next Steps:

Once we have received all of the above information, we will begin setting up the site and request the relevant searches from our data providers.

Site setup typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete. 

Once the site is live and instant searches are available, we will notify you and the panelled solicitors associated with the development so they can place orders and begin receiving instant searches.
