A Comprehensive Company Report brings together key documents from a company’s filing history at Companies House. The report provides:

• The most recent Annual Return with shareholder details, plus all filed Confirmation Statements (CS01s)
• The latest filed Accounts
• A copy of the Mortgage Register

• A Gazette check for published notices

How do we carry out the search?

We gather documents directly from Companies House, the UK’s official company registry, and extract the relevant information listed above. We also check the appropriate Gazette (London, Edinburgh, or Belfast) for any insolvency or other published notices.
